The Website is a guide that puts you in touch with electric stairlift professionals or, to put it simply, stairlift chairs. We also offer guides to find out the price of electric stairlifts in all towns and cities. This intermediation service enables a User to make contact requests or requests for quotes which will then be transmitted by the Website and any partners to professionals.

• Your data is transmitted to GAGI and its Partners to process your request (Legal basis: Pre-contractual measures). These Partners are independent Data Controllers.
• The details entered in the quote request form, after verification and anonymisation, are published as examples.
• Professional Profiles: The Site generates informative profiles from public data. The professional has a right to access, modify, or delete their profile by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

GAGI acts as a simple intermediary and disclaims all liability for the services or content of the professionals and third-party sites to which we display links. Our liability, as well as that of our executives, cannot be engaged for the direct or indirect consequences of our provision of information.

Rights and Data Retention Period

• Duration: Quote request and prospect data are retained for 3 years after the last contact.
• Rights: You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and data portability by contacting us. You may file a complaint with the CNIL.
